 Kane County Assistant State’s Attorneys Michael Hoscheit and Sarah Seberger offer a glimpse into the criminal justice system as they discuss the stages of a criminal case, the various ways in which criminal cases are resolved, and the efforts by the State’s Attorney’s Office to improve the system on behalf of Kane County residents.
