 Learn what the mind of a magician teaches us about perception, research, and creating new categories in the brain. Internationally acclaimed magician and artist Jeanette Andrews describes the history of magic in Chicago as well as her research methods. From her discovery of obscure details hidden in books, to later using them to create new concepts, this talk delves into her creative process, the nature of perception, and how we can apply this information to other fields. Registration is required.
